In the capital of Jefferson City, Mayor’s Christmas Tree Lighting takes place at the Rotary Park on Bolivar Street during start of December. Few days later on first Saturday of December, the Jefferson City Jaycees Christmas Parade takes place in downtown Jefferson City.
